Nova Belle – Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Nova Belle jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Faulty or damaged items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
